With experience of working with a range of leadership toolkits including Belbin’s inventory, Kolb’s learning cycle, Goleman’s work on Emotional Intelligence and Howard Gardner’s Multiple Intelligence Theory, our consultants have designed high quality bespoke materials for development and implementation of programmes for every level of the workforce.
