Hollis Associates offers a new concept in training and consultancy working with a range of educational organisations to generate dynamic solutions for a 21st century audience.

Directed by Emma Hollis, the company has designed a range of products to promote achievement and aspire to excellence. Our team of highly experienced consultants is drawn from diverse sectors. The company works collaboratively with clients to ensure that project outcomes are smart and manageable.

After a decade as a secondary English and Drama specialist working in a range of educational institutions, in 2004 Emma moved into Higher Education to lead the largest specialist course in initial teacher training for Drama teachers in one of the leading Conservatoires in the UK. In this role Emma developed and ran postgraduate courses in Arts Management, Theatre Production, Applied and Community Theatre and Teaching and Learning in Higher Education.

Research into the links between schools and cultural organisations led to senior management posts in Local Authorities in Leicestershire and Bedfordshire. Between 2008 and 2011 Emma worked on the 14-19 reform programme, leading strategic partnerships in the development of collaborative curriculum and quality assurance protocols.

Emma has a first class degree in English and Theatre Studies, postgraduate degrees in Theatre Arts and Arts Management and PGCEs in secondary and Higher Education. Her doctoral work is concerned with practitioner identity at a time of rapid policy change in 14-19 education.

Hollis Associates sources high quality professionals with extensive experience to ensure that advisory and training packages are both appropriate and comprehensive. We look forward to working with you!
